Val Thrasher Cuts Official Album Trailer for Cardi B’s “AM I THE DRAMA?”

Abandon Editorial’s Val Thrasher brought her editing flair to Cardi B’s latest visual project, the suspense-filled official trailer for her highly anticipated album “AM I THE DRAMA?”,  released on September 19th, 2025. Directed by Jora Frantzis, a longtime collaborator of Cardi B, the trailer captures a gripping narrative as Cardi confronts her reflection while a flock of crows infiltrates her home. The tension escalates as the birds break in, shatter windows, and chase her through the space, culminating in a stunning transformation where Cardi emerges seductive and powerful in striking red. 

Val expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, highlighting the dynamic synergy with Jora and the team. “She truly wanted it to feel like a film, and given her history with Cardi, there was a strong sense of trust throughout the process,” Val remarked.
